Privacy

Your career record belongs to you.

This page explains what we store, who can access it, where it lives and how we protect it. We will continue to update this page as Talentplay evolves.

Version 1.1. In effect from 28 June 2026.

§1Where your record lives.

Stored in the EU

Your account, your career record and any files you upload are stored in the European Union (AWS Stockholm region), under European data protection law.

Inside Talentplay

Your record is accessible only to you and to authorised personnel who need it to operate the service or to support you.

§2Third parties that process on your behalf.

AI readings

Editorial readings, target adaptations and interview preparation are processed by Google (Gemini) and OpenAI (GPT) through the Lovable AI gateway. These providers may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. Your inputs are not used to train their models.

Job ad reading

When you paste a public job ad URL, Firecrawl, a US service, reads the page so we can extract title, company and deadline.

Transactional email

Mailgun sends account email such as sign in links, confirmations and notifications. Mailgun may process delivery data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

§3What is anonymised, what is not.

Shared wins

Wins shared with the community are run through PII redaction before they are stored. Names, employers and direct identifiers are stripped from the public dataset.

Your record

Your CV, LinkedIn material, notes and career record remain private to your account and are used only to provide the services you choose to use within Talentplay.

AI training

Your private record is never used to train AI models. When you choose to share a win, the redacted, anonymised result may be used to help other candidates see what a strong CV or application looks like for their role and seniority. Sharing is always your choice.

§4Security, by default.

Passwords

Passwords are securely hashed and cannot be read by Talentplay employees or administrators. New and changed passwords are screened against known leaked passwords, and minimum length is 8 characters.

Account isolation

Personal records are protected so that each user can access only their own data. Other accounts cannot see your record.

Private files

Uploaded CVs and documents are stored privately and can only be accessed by you and by authorised systems acting on your behalf.

§5Cookies and measurement.

Strictly necessary only

We set a small number of first party cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember the device you are reading from. No advertising cookies, no third party tracking pixels, no cross site profiling.

No analytics

We do not run third party analytics, ad pixels or behavioural tracking on the site or in the app.

§6GlobeSearch access.

When you participate in a GlobeSearch search process

As part of selected executive search assignments, GlobeSearch may invite candidates to Talentplay to help build the strongest possible presentation of their profile.

In addition to a CV, this may include motivation, career context, strengths, expectations, references and other information that helps create a more complete picture of the candidate.

When you choose to participate in such a process, authorised GlobeSearch consultants may access the information and documents you share as part of that assignment. This allows us to prepare presentation material and represent your experience, motivation and profile appropriately to the relevant client.

Consideration for future opportunities

GlobeSearch currently conducts most executive search work through separate internal systems and databases. As Talentplay grows, however, the platform will increasingly become part of our executive search practice.

If your experience, background and stated career interests appear relevant to a specific assignment, authorised GlobeSearch consultants may review your profile and contact you confidentially to discuss the opportunity.

This setting is enabled by default, as many candidates value being considered for relevant opportunities. You can disable it at any time from your profile page. Doing so will not affect your access to Talentplay or any of its features.

GlobeSearch treats all candidate information confidentially and professionally. We do not present candidates to clients, share candidate material, or disclose identifying information in connection with a search assignment without the candidate's knowledge and agreement.

§7GDPR.

What we process

Your name and email for the account. Your CV, LinkedIn material, notes, job entries, applications and interview preparation that you create in the app. Basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Why we are allowed to process it

Performance of the contract with you, so we can deliver the service you signed up for. Your consent for AI processing of your CV and for sharing a win with the community, which you can withdraw at any time. Our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse.

Where your data lives

Personal data is stored in the EU. Limited processing happens outside the EU through the AI and email providers listed above, on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Your record is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account in the app, your profile and personal data are deleted from the database immediately. Limited records that law requires us to keep, such as accounting entries under Danish bookkeeping law, are retained for the period required.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can export every document and delete your profile and data directly in the app. For other requests, write to tta@globesearch.dk.

Complaints

If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk.
