For decades the answer lived inside search firms as instinct, lunch conversations, and well worn notebooks. Talentplay is an attempt to bring that instinct out into the open, in a form an individual can use directly, on their own record, without a recruiter in the room.

Tomas was an early hire at JobMatch in the first dot com years, a pre AI engine that already tried, with very modest tools, to pair candidates and roles by something more than keywords. Two decades of executive search later, the same instinct sits at the centre of Talentplay, now with the reading power the early engines were missing.
Talentplay is a quiet personal project carried out of the GlobeSearch office: an attempt to give every candidate the same considered reading that until now has been reserved for the shortlist.
